Marathon training ....will begin again on August 19th! Yes, I've decided to do it again. The 2007 L.A. Marathon will be my 6th marathon. I am a pace leader for the L.A. Roadrunners and this will be my second year as a PL. I really enjoyed watching many in my group cross their first marathon finish line.
I will post some helpful links to sites which can show you how you can go from couch potato to marathoner in as little as 7 months.
